"Fantastic little gem, close to the station and reasonable walk to town centre and beaches. Great reception from Alexandra who kept in regular touch beforehand and met us at the property to show us round. Nice quiet location. Great facilities, we didn’t do any cooking but appeared to have all the basics. Very clean and even provided beach towels. We are looking forward to staying here again."

"Location is 14 minute walk to the sea (pleasant straight walk) a little more to old town. It was nice to walk to the beach, then along the promenade to the old town, then tram back to the flat."

"The balcony is very small but sufficient to have two people sitting outside OR washing hanging (but not both). Inside the flat everything was perfect for us."

"Alexandra was a great host who made every effort to make sure we had a good stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, including beach towels. Aircon and TV both great, and the bathroom also very nice. Good wardrobe space and access to a washing machine as well."

"What can we add to the rave reviews? This is a super nice flat, cool thanks to the two air conditioners, clean and nicely and smartly decorated. A well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with rain shower. Everything is right in this flat. And then there is also a super nice host. In short, nothing but nothing to complain about."

It is perfectly located near the train station so as to allow you to easily explore the nearby towns of Eze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Ventimiglia and Mention. It is well-equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay including all kinds of cooking utensils. It is also sparkling clean, the bed comfortable and the shower large. Best of all, Alexandra, the manager of the property was always accessible and efficient and a true delight to deal with. We recommend this property without hesitation for a great stay in Nice."

"Everything was as it should be. There were no downsides to this property. You should be aware that a 500 Euro security deposit is required as indicated in the terms and conditions, but it was promptly returned to us on our departure as we had taken care of the property as if it were our own."
